Books for Keeps

(November 06, 2008)
A hungry lonely kitten arrives in a fishing village. Desperate to find a home, she tries again and again to get on board a boat, but is chased off each time by the resident felines. Finally, her problem is solved in an unusual way that will cause a lot of amusement to readers and listeners alike. The repetitive nature of the earlier part of the book makes it ideal for newly confident readers to practise their reading skills. Well worth reading out loud!
